Selection Process
Candidates must register successfully on NAPS/NATS portal and apply against the notification to be considered for the selection process. There will be no written test or interview. A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential prescribed qualification for the respective post. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification. Shortlisted candidates must complete a Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test and be adjudged medically fit as per IndianOil's pre-engagement medical format. Candidates whose documents and Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate are found in order shall be issued an Offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training. Opportunities not filled through the initial shortlisting shall be filled by eligible candidates from the merit cum panel list for the same opportunity.
