Selection Process
Application Scrutiny: Applications received are scrutinised for eligibility. Eligible/ineligible lists are uploaded on the district website www.korea.gov.in. Skill Test / Written Test / Interview (20 marks): Candidates are called for skill/written/computer-based test or interview based on post type. Candidates must score minimum 30% marks in this stage to qualify. Merit List Preparation: Final merit list is prepared on the basis of: Mandatory Educational Qualification marks (65% or 60% weightage as per post) Experience marks - 10/15/20 marks (NHM CG employees: 3 marks/year max 15; Others: 2 marks/year max 10; ANM trained Mitanin: 4 marks/year max 20) Bonus marks - 10 marks (for temporary health workers who served continuously 6 months during COVID-19 in CG Govt. health institutions as per letter dated 31.01.2024) Skill/Written Test marks - 20 marks Total = 100 marks Final Selection: Selection committee issues the merit-based selection list. In case of equal marks, elder candidate gets preference.
