SalarySelected candidates will be paid a fixed consolidated monthly honorarium as approved under the ROP, ranging from ₹8,800 to ₹23,000 depending on the post, as detailed in the vacancy table above. Eligibility / Qualification

Candidates must meet the post-specific educational qualification given in the table below. Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts, as on 01.01.2026. For posts requiring nursing/paramedical registration (Nursing Officer & Staff Nurse, ANM, MPW, Ophthalmic Assistant), a live and permanent registration with the relevant Chhattisgarh Council is mandatory. Reservation and horizontal reservation for women/persons with disabilities will apply as per Chhattisgarh Government rules issued from time to time. Reservation in this recruitment will be subject to the final orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi, in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022.

Application Fee

As per the Chhattisgarh General Administration Department letter No. F 10-2/2022/F 10-2/2022/F(1) dated 08 April 2022, no examination/application fee will be charged from local resident candidates of Chhattisgarh State.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit prepared from document verification, examination, computer-based test, and/or clinical skill-based test, depending on the post. Candidates will be called for screening in proportion to the number of advertised vacancies: Where advertised posts are 1 to 10: 10 times the number of vacancies will be screened. Where advertised posts are 11 to 50: 5 times the number of vacancies will be screened. Candidates must secure at least 40% of the total marks fixed for the skill test/exam; those scoring below this will be declared unsuccessful in the skill test and will not be considered in the final merit list. Weightage of marks for the final merit list varies by post: Posts 1–10: 65% weightage of educational qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20). Posts 11–12: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 35% weightage of technical qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20). Post 13: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 35% weightage of technical qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20), with a computer skill test for computer-related work. Post 14: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 30% weightage of ANM course marks + experience marks (10/15/20) + skill/written test marks (20). Posts 15–18: 85% weightage of minimum educational qualification marks + experience marks (10/15). In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to the candidate with an earlier date of birth (higher age). Only candidates who appear for the skill test/exam will be included in the final merit list. Experience Marks Candidates currently working under NHM Chhattisgarh: 3 marks per year of experience, up to a maximum of 15 marks. Other candidates: 2 marks per year of experience, up to a maximum of 10 marks. Only experience with government, semi-government and government-financed institutions is considered valid; experience certificates must clearly mention the duration and office reference number. Experience marks are counted only for completed 12-month periods in a single post at one institution. Candidates who worked as COVID-19 temporary health workers in Chhattisgarh government health institutions for at least 6 months in a year are eligible for 10 bonus marks (subject to a valid appointment order and experience certificate for COVID-19 duty); the maximum combined experience marks (regular + COVID bonus) is capped at 10/15 depending on category.
