Candidates applying for the COSA26 examination are required to pay the prescribed examination fee online at the time of submitting the application. The fee is non-refundable. However, as per CG Government Order RULE-8/2/2024-GAD-1 dated 21-04-2025, the examination fee will be refunded to Chhattisgarh domicile candidates who appear in the examination, directly to their bank account from which the fee was paid. The selection for Sub Accountant (COSA26) is based on a Written Examination only. The question paper will consist of 100 objective type (MCQ) questions of 1 mark each, to be answered in 2 hours (120 minutes) on OMR sheet using blue/black ball point pen. Negative marking of 1/4 mark is applicable for each wrong answer. Candidates who leave a question unattempted will be awarded zero marks for that question. Candidates must darken only one option on the OMR sheet.
