Stenographer Grade-3 (English): Graduate from recognized university; English Shorthand and Typing from recognized board; Computer knowledge in English typing; Knowledge of computer applications; Knowledge of Chhattisgarh local language. Assistant Grade-3 (Nishpadan Lipik, Sakshya Lekhak and Aadeshika Lekhak): Graduate from recognized university; One year computer diploma from recognized board/university; Knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer; Knowledge of Chhattisgarh local language.
