Eligibility / Qualification
Educational Qualification (Mandatory): Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University/Institution + Diploma/Certificate of at least six months course in Computer Application from a recognised Institution + Certificate in Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi. All qualifications must be possessed as on 01.01.2026. Nationality: Citizen of India or Tibetan refugee or person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanently settling in India.

Selection Process
The selection for Patna High Court Computer Operator-cum-Typist Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following: Written Test: Part-A (MCQ Based Objective Type - 50 marks), Part-B (English Computer Typing Test - 100 marks), Part-C (Hindi Computer Typing Test - 100 marks). Interview: 10 marks. Minimum Qualifying Standard: 40% in Written Test (Part-A), 90% accuracy in English Typing, 85% accuracy in Hindi Typing, 30% in Interview. Candidates must qualify in all stages. Screening/Preliminary Test (if number of applicants is high): To shortlist candidates for Written Test (marks not counted in merit). Final selection on the basis of marks in Written Test + Interview. Waiting list/panel shall remain valid for one year.
