Eligibility / Qualification
M.Tech./B.Tech./M.Sc. (Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/Computer Science & Engineering) with GATE score and minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% (for M.Tech) or 7.5 or 70% (for B.Tech/M.Sc). B.Tech from IITs with min CPI 7.5 are exempted from GATE. Exceptional candidates with M.Tech and 2 years experience may be offered SRF directly.
