Engagement is purely on Fixed Term Contract basis for 2 years, extendable by a further 2 years (total not exceeding 4 years), and does not confer any right to regular/permanent employment. Statutory benefits and leave as per applicable labour laws and BVFCL rules; other benefits only if specifically extended to FTC employees. |

Eligibility / Qualification
All qualifications must be full time from UGC/AICTE recognized universities/institutes; qualifications obtained through distance learning mode will not be accepted. Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, equivalent percentage must be produced as per university norms at the time of document verification. Educational Qualification & Experience Sr Manager (Finance): Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 12 years post professional qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector organization, out of which 4 years in managerial position; experience in financial accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, audit, liaison with banks/FIs; SAP knowledge desirable. Dy Manager (Finance): Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 8 years post qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU/large private sector organization; SAP knowledge desirable. Officer (Finance): Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU/large private sector organization. Safety Officer: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in Safety in a PSU/large private sector industry; specific physical standards and vision criteria as per advertisement. Engineer (Production): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector chemical industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries. Engineer (Mechanical): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in mechanical maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries. Engineer (Instrumentation): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in instrumentation maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; exposure to DCS/PLC systems preferred. Engineer (Civil): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in RCC/steel structures, building/road maintenance, civil projects, sanitary & fire water lines, tendering in PSU/large private sector; fertilizer/chemical/refinery experience preferred. Dy Manager (HR): Full time MBA / 2-year PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 8 years post qualification executive experience in HR in PSU/large private sector; Law degree desirable. Officer (HR): Full time MBA / 2-year PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in HR in PSU/large private sector; Law degree desirable. Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026) Sr Manager (Finance): Maximum 51 years Dy Manager (Finance) / Dy Manager (HR): Maximum 48 years Officer (Finance/HR), Safety Officer, Engineer posts: Maximum 40 years Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/Ex-servicemen is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
Application Fee

Selection Process
Shortlisting based on eligibility and relevant experience as per advertisement. Selection through Personal Interview; BVFCL may conduct screening test/written test/skill or trade test depending on the number of applications. Document verification with original certificates; candidature is liable to cancellation in case of any discrepancy or false information.
