SalarySelected candidates will be placed as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level applicable to each post, ranging from Level-1 (₹18,000-56,900) for attendant/MTS-level posts up to Level-14 (₹1,44,200-2,18,200) for Group A posts such as Finance Officer, Director (Computer Centre), and Controller of Examinations, along with applicable allowances. New Pension Scheme rules will apply upon appointment.

Eligibility / Qualification

Post Age Limit Essential Qualification (Summary) Finance Officer Below 57 years Master's degree (55% marks) with 15 years' relevant academic/administrative experience, or 15 years' administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent Director, Computer Centre 57 years Ph.D. in Computer Science/allied discipline with 10+ research publications and 10 years' teaching/research experience, or equivalent industry experience Controller of Examinations Below 57 years Master's degree (55% marks) with 15 years' relevant academic/administrative experience, or 15 years' administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent Executive Engineer 45 years First Class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years' experience as Assistant Engineer in CPWD/State PWD or equivalent organizations Internal Audit Officer (Deputation) 56 years Officers from Audit & Accounts Services (Central/State) holding analogous posts, or with prescribed regular service in Audit & Accounts at Level 10/11 Deputy Registrar 50 years Master's degree (55% marks) with 5 years' experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Pay Level 10 and above Assistant Librarian 40 years Master's degree in Library/Information/Documentation Science (55% marks); NET/SLET/SET qualified or Ph.D. as per UGC norms Section Officer 35 years Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience as Assistant (Level 6) or 8 years as UDC (Level 4); computer proficiency, noting & drafting Assistant Section Officer 35 years Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience as UDC or equivalent (Level 4); typing, computer applications, noting & drafting Upper Division Clerk (UDC) 32 years Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience as LDC or equivalent; English typing @35 wpm or Hindi @30 wpm; computer proficiency Laboratory Assistant 32 years Bachelor's degree in Science with 2 years' experience maintaining scientific instruments in a laboratory Electrician 28 years HSLC passed with ITI Certificate/Electrical Workman permit or equivalent, plus 2 years' experience Lower Division Clerk (LDC) 32 years Bachelor's degree with English typing @35 wpm or Hindi @30 wpm; computer proficiency Laboratory Attendant 32 years 10+2 with Science stream, or 10th pass with Science plus a skill certificate in Laboratory Technology Library Attendant 32 years 10+2 with a certificate course in Library Science; 1 year experience in a University/College library; basic computer knowledge Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) 32 years 10th pass, or ITI pass Candidates who have not acquired the essential qualification as on 6 December 2025 will not be eligible and need not apply. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Application Fee

₹1,000/- (non-refundable, online payment) for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates applying for Sl No. 01-07 ₹500/- (non-refundable, online payment) for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates applying for Sl No. 08-16 No application fee for SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and Women candidates; however, they must pay ₹200/- towards postal expenses Candidates applying for more than one post must apply and pay fees separately for each post

Selection Process

The University may conduct a Written Test/Skill Test for all Group B and Group C posts, covering Reasoning Ability, Simple Arithmetic, General Knowledge, Domain Knowledge, Finance & Accounts, Examinations, and Language Proficiency in English/Hindi, or a Noting/Drafting/Skill Test as per job requirements. As per Government of India/UGC directives, no interview will be held for Group B and Group C posts; merit will be determined based on qualifications and test/skill evaluation. The University may adopt its own procedure for recruitment to Group A Non-Teaching posts. Applications will be screened and shortlisted by Screening Committees; mere eligibility does not guarantee a call for test/interview. SC/ST outstation candidates called for tests/interviews will be reimbursed to-and-fro rail fare (Sleeper Class) or ordinary bus fare by the shortest route, except those already in Central/State Government/PSU/Local Government service.
