Eligibility / Qualification
Nationality and Domicile The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam As domicile proof, candidates must upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose, or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, which will be treated as proof of residency Educational Qualification Full-time Diploma course in Engineering from any Government/Government-recognized/AICTE-approved Polytechnic or Institution Course duration must be a minimum of 3 years after HSLC or equivalent, or 2 years (Base) + 2 years (Diploma) from a Government/recognized/AICTE-approved institution Minimum 60% marks required in the qualifying examination of the Diploma course (minimum 50% for SC and ST candidates) Post Required Diploma Specialization Junior Manager (Electrical) Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering Junior Manager (Mechanical) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Junior Manager (Information Technology) Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Technology Junior Manager (Instrumentation) Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Junior Manager (Civil) Diploma in Civil Engineering

Selection Process
The selection procedure will be notified later, followed by a corrigendum/addendum if required. The Commission will decide the provision for selection for any post/service considering its status, cadre, grade, or the number of applications received. The Commission may also decide to conduct examinations/tests zone-wise, depending on the number of candidates against the districts in each zone. Sl.
