A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute is required.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team at the block level, planning and implementing project activities, coordinating with external agencies, supporting the development of local organizations, and overseeing both financial and administrative operations of the block unit. The role also involves regular and extensive field visits.

Key responsibilities include implementing livelihood initiatives in areas like agriculture and beekeeping, training and nurturing community-level cadres, and developing Village Livelihood Plans to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities.
