Eligibility / Qualification
The essential qualifications for the post of Assistant Professor/Assistant Acharya B.Ed. are as follows (as per NCTE Regulations 2014 and UP government order): Option 1: Postgraduate degree in Science / Mathematics / Social Science / Humanities with minimum 55% marks AND M.Ed. with minimum 55% marks OR Option 2: Postgraduate degree in Science / Mathematics / Social Science / Humanities with minimum 55% marks AND Postgraduate degree in Education (M.A. Education) with minimum 55% marks AND B.Ed. degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks Additionally (for both options): National Eligibility Test (NET) in Education conducted by UGC OR Ph.D. or D.Phil. in Education from a University that has obtained the degree in accordance with UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2009/2016
