Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the last date of online application (25-05-2026). Educational qualifications must be as per UGC/NCTE/INC norms and other applicable regulatory body requirements. Eligibility is subject to verification of original documents at the time of interview. Educational Qualification Post Name Educational Qualification Principal Post-graduation in the relevant subject with Ph.D. and minimum 55% marks + NET/SLET/Ph.D. as per UGC regulations + relevant teaching/administrative experience. Assistant Professor Post-graduation in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) + NET/SLET/Ph.D. as per UGC regulations. Librarian Master's degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science with minimum 55% marks + NET/SLET/Ph.D. as per UGC regulations. P.T.I. (Physical Training Instructor) Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent with required percentage as per regulatory norms. Tutor Relevant degree/diploma in the specific field (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing for Nursing Colleges, etc.) as per respective regulatory body norms.

Selection Process
The selection process for SGGU Godhra Self-Finance College Recruitment 2026 consists of 4 stages - Online Application, Interview, Document Verification, and Merit-based College Allocation. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at their own expense at the date, time, and venue specified on the university website. After the merit list is prepared, candidates and college management authorities will be summoned to the university and candidates will be offered different college options based on their merit. The selected candidate will receive the appointment letter from the respective college on the same day. Stage Details Stage 1 – Online Application Submit application through Samarth Portal via official SGGU website before the last date. Stage 2 – Interview Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at their own expense. Date, time, and venue will be notified on the university website.
