Sainik School Bijapur Educational Qualification Post Essential Qualification Summary PGT (Chemistry / English) Integrated Post Graduate course from an NCTE-recognized institution/university in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks including B.Ed. component, OR Master's Degree with at least 50% marks in the subject along with a B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks, OR a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. or four-year integrated degree with at least 50% marks including B.Ed. component. Desirable: experience as TGT in a recognized institution, experience of working in a school, knowledge of computer application, and working knowledge of English. TGT (English / Biology / Maths / Kannada / Physics / Social Science) Four-year integrated degree course from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate including B.Ed. component, OR Bachelor's/Honours Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) along with a B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks, OR a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed., OR one-year B.Ed. (Special Education) from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with at least 50% marks, OR Post Graduation in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks along with three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. Candidates must also have qualified the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (Paper-II) conducted by CBSE and must have studied the relevant subject as an elective/main subject for the specified number of years/semesters. Subject-specific study requirements apply for each TGT post (for example, TGT Maths requires Mathematics, Physics, and one of Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Statistics as per the notification; candidates with B.Sc. Hons in Physics or Chemistry are not eligible for TGT Maths). Desirable: experience of working in a school, knowledge of computer applications, and working knowledge of English (and Kannada for the TGT Kannada post). Craft Instructor Essential: Senior Secondary/Intermediate with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, and a Degree or Diploma in the craft field from a recognized university/institution. Desirable: ability to teach and communicate fluently in both Hindi and English, and basic knowledge of computer applications for school-related tasks. Nursing Assistant (Male only) Three-year Diploma in General Nursing or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution with valid Registration, along with 5 years' experience or ex-servicemen of Medical Assistant trade with at least 5 years' service after training. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is required. General Employee (MTS) 10th Pass from a recognized Board. Multi-skill knowledge is preferred, such as Bakery, Plumbing, Carpentry, Horse Care, Housekeeping, and office equipment handling; experience in a Boarding School is preferred. Candidates must know Kannada, Hindi, and English, and should be physically fit. Selection will be carried out purely on a merit basis through a Written Test, Practical Test, and/or Interview, depending on the post applied for. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Test, Practical Test, or Interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection test/interview or for joining the post. Candidates indulging in solicitation for selection will be disqualified.
