Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the last date of online application i.e. 30-06-2026. Prior/provisional registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) before the date of examination is mandatory. Applicants must be permanently/provisionally registered with RCI before the date of recruitment examination and must provide their RCI registration number while applying. Candidates should possess the required educational qualification by the closing date of application. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. with two-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). RCI registration number is mandatory in the online application form. Nationality / Domicile As per Rajasthan State Government rules. Application Fee
Application fee (Ekabari Panjeeyan Shulk) is to be paid online and is non-refundable. The Ekabari Panjeeyan Shulk once paid is OTR-based (One Time Registration). Candidates from other states belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS must pay General category fee. Important: If a candidate is absent in 02 or more recruitment examinations conducted during 01 April to 31 March, the online application facility will be blocked for future examinations. Re-activation costs Rs. 750/- (first block) and Rs. 1500/- (subsequent blocks). Selection Process
Selection for Lecturer (Special Education) posts will be made through a Competitive Written Examination of 450 marks. If required, the Commission may adopt re-scaling/moderation/normalization procedures. Candidates scoring the required qualifying marks will be recommended in merit order as per Madhyamik Shiksha Seva Niyam Rule 28. Negative marking applies — 1/3rd marks deducted for every wrong answer. SC/ST candidates get 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks (40% threshold relaxed to 35%). OMR Answer Sheet instructions: darken only one circle per question using Blue Ball Point Pen; if no option is attempted, darken circle '5'; a candidate who has not darkened any circle in more than 10% of questions shall be disqualified.
