Eligibility / Qualification
Nationality Candidates must be citizens of India. IIM Tiruchirappalli Corporate Engagement Executive Qualification Post Qualification Required Corporate Engagement Executive A Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University/Institute. A postgraduate degree (MBA or PGDM) in Marketing, HR, Business Analytics, or General Management is preferred. Post-qualification experience in business development, campus placements, corporate HR, or B2B sales is preferred. Mandatory Requirement Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage senior decision-makers. Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated persistence in lead conversion. Willingness to travel extensively (10–15 days/month across metro cities).
