Eligibility / Qualification
Eligibility for Teaching Faculty Qualification and experience for Professor and Associate Professor posts are as per NMC (National Medical Commission) Norms published in the Gazette of India dated 30.06.2025 and 04.07.2025. Eligibility for Senior Resident (SR) Qualification and experience for the Senior Resident post are also as per NMC Norms published in the Gazette of India dated 30.06.2025 and 04.07.2025. The notification does not specify the exact degree-wise qualification content beyond referencing these NMC Gazette norms; candidates are advised to check the NMC norms directly for department-wise qualification details.

The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of the advertisement. The application fee, once paid, is not refundable under any circumstances, and fees paid by any other mode will not be accepted.
Selection Process
Applications submitted on the day of the walk-in interview, along with the requisite fee, are scrutinized by the Institute's scrutiny committee; only eligible candidates are allowed to appear before the selection committee. If the number of applicants is large, the selection committee may devise shortlisting criteria, which may include a Screening Test. 50% of the total marks is the criterion for eligibility for selection. Selection is made on the basis of a personal interview conducted by a duly constituted selection board. Selected candidates report for Medical Examination and verification of original certificates after receiving a provisional offer of appointment through email. The offer of appointment is provisional, subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining. A waiting list is prepared and remains valid for 2 months from the date of the result, subject to approval of the Competent Authority.
