Eligibility / Qualification
ESIC Indore Qualification Educational qualification for all posts is as per National Medical Commission (NMC, erstwhile MCI) guidelines. The notification does not list post-wise/department-wise qualification details (such as specific MD/MS/DNB requirements or years of experience) beyond this reference; candidates should verify their specific eligibility against NMC norms for their department and post before applying. ESIC Indore Age Limit Post Maximum Age Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor Not exceeding 69 years Senior Resident Not exceeding 45 years (age relaxation as per prevailing Government of India norms) The maximum tenure of engagement will extend till 70 years of age for teaching faculty, or the contract period, whichever is earlier, subject to other rules being satisfied. Other Eligibility Notes Retired as well as currently working Professors may also apply for eligible posts. Any candidate can be appointed against an unfilled, vacant reserved-category post for 44 days, with a provision for possible extension if required. EWS candidates must submit an EWS certificate as per the prescribed DoPT format (Annexure-I). OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificates must be issued not earlier than one year before the date of interview, in the Central Government format. All candidates must hold updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council); if not yet updated, proof of "applied for" documents must be submitted at the time of interview.

Selection Process
Selection is made on the basis of acquired academic credentials and the candidate's performance in a personal interview before the Selection Board.
