Candidate with minimum Master's Degree in concerned subject with NET or Ph.D. Degree in the same/relevant subject. OR B. Candidate with minimum Master's Degree in concerned subject without NET in the same/relevant subject. Non-NET candidates will only be considered if NET candidates are not available for selection as Teaching Associate. Age Limit The maximum age limit for Teaching Associates is the limit that the State Government fixes for direct recruitment. Reservation follows the rules of the Government of Chhattisgarh. Honorarium Candidate Monthly Honorarium Ph.D Degree Holder Rs. 62,800/- per month Master Degree Holder Rs. 57,700/- per month Teaching Associates get only the fixed honorarium. No other allowances will be paid. A Teaching Associate may also be given examination duty, but no separate honorarium will be paid for it. Tenure and Terms of Appointment The working period of a Teaching Associate will be a maximum of 01 year. A candidate selected as Teaching Associate will be entitled to 10 paid casual leave. A selected candidate cannot claim regularisation in any form. They will also get no priority or relaxation for that post at the time of regular recruitment. The service of a Teaching Associate may be ended at any time on one month's prior notice, without a reason being given. A Teaching Associate may also resign by giving one month's prior notice.
