The selection is based on marks obtained in selection criteria and criteria weighting as follows: Graduation marks percentage: 40% weightage. B.P.Ed professional qualification marks percentage: 25% weightage. NIS / M.P.Ed qualification: 10 marks. Experience in a government institution: 15 marks. State-level sports participant: 5 marks / National-level sports participant: 10 marks. (If marks are equal, the candidate with higher age will be selected). The selection committee's decision is final and binding. The post is completely temporary, and there is no provision for regularization in government service.
