Application Scrutiny: All online applications are received and scrutinised by the Selection Committee of AIIMS Rajkot. Only eligible candidates are called for the next stage. Shortlisting: If the vacancy-to-candidate ratio exceeds 1:10, the Selection Committee may shortlist on the basis of an objective screening score (Appendix 1 criteria). Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original academic, experience, category, and registration certificates before the interview. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates appear before the Standing Selection Committee at AIIMS Rajkot in person. Candidates must make a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation on their work and achievements. Final Selection: The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection is final and binding.
