Eligibility / Qualification

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Educational Qualification (as on date of closure of application) Level Minimum Prescribed Educational Qualification Level 5/4 Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University Level 3/2 Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent from a recognized Board OR Matriculation plus Act Apprenticeship OR Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT Level 1 10th Pass from a recognized Board OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT Important: Candidates awaiting final examination results of the prescribed educational qualification are NOT eligible and should not apply. Persons appointed as Clerk-cum-Typist must qualify a typing test (30 w.p.m. English / 25 w.p.m. Hindi) within four years of appointment.

Application Fee

Category Fee All candidates, except those in the row below ₹500, with ₹400 refunded to those found eligible and who actually appear in the trial (after bank charges) SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Persons with Disability / Women / Minorities / Economically Backward Class (EBC) ₹250, fully refunded to those found eligible and who actually appear in the trial (after bank charges) Fee must be paid online through the payment gateway integrated with the application; no edits are allowed after payment. Payment methods: Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / UPI, etc. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the candidate. Applications without fee payment will be summarily rejected. Minorities means Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians (Parsis) and Jains; a self-declaration (Annexure-A) must be uploaded, followed by an affidavit at document verification. EBC means family income below ₹50,000 per annum; an income certificate (Annexure-B) issued by a prescribed authority is required.
