Minimum 05 years of Service Experience as Sr. Section Engineer (Cadre Post) Pay Level-7 is necessary. Total APAR Grading of last three years (22-23, 23-24 and 24-25) should not be less than 11 marks and Grading of APAR of last year should not be less than 'GOOD'. Candidate must have minimum 05 years' residual service. Medical Category: B-1 is required. Cooling-off period of three years will be maintained between two tenures in RDSO. Selection will be based on the screening of eligible candidates by a Screening Committee. Screening will be conducted based on prescribed marks for two items: APAR of last 03 years (Maximum Marks: 15) and Educational/Professional Qualifications (Maximum Marks: 05). After screening, a panel and a merit list corresponding to the vacancies will be prepared.
