No HRA shall be given to Contract Employees on Pay Scale; instead, Bachelor Accommodation shall be provided at Project Sites. Contract Employees shall be granted an annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay based on performance. |

Eligibility / Qualification
IRCON Rail Welding (EA) Technician Qualification Post Qualification Required Rail Welding (EA) Technician Matric + ITI OR Apprenticeship Training + NTC OR NCTVT Experience Minimum three years experience in arc welding and experience in covered arc welding of butt joints on 9mm thick carbon steel sheets without backing strip, in downward or upright position in compliance with ISO 9606-1. Preference may be given to candidates having prior experience in Enclosed Arc (EA) welding or similar specialized welding work in industries such as shipbuilding, shipping, heavy engineering, railways, or other comparable applications. Medical Standards Candidates should be in sound health and free from color blindness.
