Assistant Officer Posts Post Educational Qualification & Experience AO/CO (Commercial & Operations) Graduate with min. 50% marks, plus 4 years' experience (OR 2 years' if the candidate holds an Institute of Rail Transport Diploma in multimodal transport, or any other minimum 1-year special course in shipping/logistics/trade, in addition to the above qualification). AO/FA (Accounts) B.Com with min. 50% marks, plus 4 years' experience (OR 2 years' for candidates who have qualified CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter) in addition to the above qualification). AO/TH (Technical) Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics, min. 50% marks, plus 3 years' experience for diploma holders (OR 1 year for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Electronics – min. 50% aggregate). Important: The listed qualification is the minimum required. A candidate with a higher qualification is eligible only if they also possess the specific prescribed qualification – mere possession of a higher qualification without the minimum prescribed one does not make a candidate eligible. It is mandatory for all posts that the candidate is conversant with working in a computerized environment.

Selection Process
Management Trainee: Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview, as decided by CONCOR. CONCOR's decision is final and binding. Assistant Officer: Selection is purely based on performance in the Online Test (CBT) – there is no GD or interview stage for this post. No correspondence will be entertained for non-calling of a candidate for the Online Test/GD/Interview, or for non-selection. CBT Exam Pattern (MT & AO) Section No. of Questions Max. The question paper is set in English and Hindi only; the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy. Candidates opt for 3 Test Cities in order of preference at the time of application; this cannot be changed after submission. CONCOR reserves the right to cancel or add examination centres at its discretion.
