Eligibility / Qualification
All eligibility conditions must be fulfilled as on the cut-off date applicable. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Qualifications must be from a Board/University recognized by the UP Government. Aabkari Sipahi (Excise Constable) Criteria Details Essential Educational Qualification Intermediate (Class 12th) or equivalent examination passed from Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, or any examination recognized as equivalent by the Government. Desirable / Preferential Qualification (Adhimani Yogyata) Candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for at least two years, OR have obtained the 'B' Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), will be given preference in case of equal merit. Mandatory Pre-condition Must have appeared in PET-2025 and been issued a Score Card by UPSSSC. Selection Process
Selection will be conducted in the following stages: Stage 1 - Shortlisting via PET-2025 Normalised Score Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on their PET-2025 Normalised Score (up to 15 times the vacancies, category-wise). Candidates scoring zero or negative (Absolute or Normalised) in PET-2025 will not be shortlisted.
