Selection will be made on the basis of shortlisting followed by an Interview. In case the total number of applicants is high, RLDA will shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria given below, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Engagement shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of up to one year, extendable as per project requirement and satisfactory performance.
