SAP experience preferred. 1 year Key Eligibility Conditions No claim of an equivalent educational qualification other than what is advertised for a post will be entertained; RFCL's decision on admissibility of a qualification is final and binding. The essential qualification must be completed full-time and regular with a minimum of 60% marks, except for CA/CMA. Qualifications acquired through Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning/Online/Evening Classes render the candidate ineligible. Candidates appearing in the final year/semester of the essential qualification, with results awaited as on the cut-off date, are NOT eligible to apply. Work experience for all posts must be after acquiring the relevant educational qualification, and must be in-line executive experience. Management Trainee/GET experience counts only if regularized in the same company. Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 does not count as post-qualification experience. Experience with candidates working on contract basis through empaneled agencies/contractors will not be considered. Candidates possessing higher technical/professional qualifications in the relevant field are also eligible, provided they possess the mandatory qualification listed above. Where CGPA/OGPA or a letter grade is awarded instead of a percentage, candidates must produce the University/Institute's official conversion formula; in its absence, a standard conversion table is used (e.g., 6.5 on a 10-point scale = 60%). Computer literacy is desirable for all candidates. Candidates employed in Central/State Government/Quasi-Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview, or submit an undertaking to produce a relieving order if selected - failing which they will not be allowed to join; no Service Transfer/Pay Protection will apply without an NOC at joining. Preference will be given to candidates with in-line executive experience in the Chemical and Fertilizer Industry. Pay-Scale / CTC Matching Condition for Experience Candidates from Government/PSU/Autonomous/Statutory Bodies/JVs with Pay Scales matching RFCL's scales should presently be working one level below the applicable pay scale for at least 1 year (E-1 posts) or 2 years (E-2 and above posts) immediately preceding the cut-off date, or be presently working in the same or higher pay scale on the cut-off date (see Annexure-A pay-scale correspondence table in the official notification). Candidates from the Private Sector, or from Government/PSU bodies whose pay scales do not match RFCL's, must provide proof of a minimum CTC as on the cut-off date, as detailed in the Salary section below.
Application Fee
The non-refundable application fee is payable only through online mode at the time of submitting the online application form. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, so candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before paying.
Selection Process
Scrutiny of applications will be done based on the information and documents submitted; eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview. The shortlist will be placed on the RFCL website under "Careers." If a large number of applications are received, RFCL may conduct a Computer-Based Test in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities for shortlisting candidates for interview. No TA, or Boarding & Lodging, will be paid/arranged for appearing in this test. Test modalities, if conducted, will be published on the RFCL website. Candidates must qualify the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks. Tie-breaker for equal total marks: percentage of marks in the qualifying examination; if still equal, the candidate with the earlier date of birth is considered senior in the merit list. Candidates not meeting eligibility criteria, or without complete requisite documents, will not be allowed to attend the interview, and no TA will be paid. Travel Reimbursement for Interview: Candidates called for interview at level E-5 to E-8 are reimbursed single return air fare (economy class)/AC I rail fare/Executive class chair car/road mileage at prescribed rates. Candidates for E-1 to E-4 posts are reimbursed to-and-fro single AC II return rail fare from the nearest railway station of their correspondence address to the interview venue, by the shortest route, on production of documents/receipts. Candidature is provisional and subject to subsequent verification of Degree certificates/testimonials, Caste/PwBD/ExSM status. Candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage if the candidate does not meet the advertised eligibility criteria, irrespective of merit position. No candidate will be appointed unless medically examined, certified, and declared fit for employment by the Company's Medical Officer or a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon/CMO/Medical Superintendent of a State/Government Hospital.
