Junior Officer Trainee & Junior Technician Trainee Posts Post Name Educational Qualification Junior Officer Trainee (HR) - JOT (HR) Three years full time Graduate Regular Degree - BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification from recognized Institute/ University with not less than 60% marks for General/ EWS/ OBC (NCL) category candidates. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply. Junior Officer Trainee (F&A) - JOT (F&A) Inter CA/ Inter CMA. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ CA/ CMA or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply. Junior Technician Trainee (Survey) - JTT (Survey) Full-Time Regular Two Years ITI (Surveyor) from a recognized Technical Board/ Institute. Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) - 100% weightage (170 objective questions: 120 Technical/Professional Knowledge + 50 Aptitude) Computer Skill Test (CST) (for JOT HR / F&A) - Qualifying in nature Trade Test (TT) (for JTT Survey) - Qualifying in nature Pre-Employment Medical Examination CBT Qualifying Criteria: Minimum 40% aggregate (UR/EWS) / 30% aggregate (reserved) with separate minimum in each part (for Diploma / JOT posts). For JTT: 40% (UR/EWS) / 30% (reserved). Final merit is based on CBT marks only (CST / Trade Test is only qualifying).
