(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification Post Qualification Sr. Assistant Officer (HR) Graduate with at least two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in management with specialisation in Human Resource/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, or Masters in Social Work, or MHROD, or MBA with specialisation in HR from a recognised Indian University/Institute recognised by an appropriate statutory authority, with not less than 60% marks, as per respective university/institute norms. Computer knowledge is essential; a degree in law is desirable. Sr. Assistant Officer (Law) Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent full-time degree) from a recognised Indian university/institute with a minimum of 60% marks. Sr. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution. Sr. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Production with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution. Sr. Assistant Engineer (C&I) B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution. Sr. Assistant Engineer (IT/ERP) B.E/B.Tech degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution. NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Post-Qualification Experience Post Experience Required Sr. Assistant Officer (HR) Minimum 2 years post-qualification in-line experience in an organisation of repute dealing with Human Resources, Personnel & Administration matters, preferably in areas such as establishment matters, policy advocacy, industrial relations, recruitment and promotion, manpower planning, performance appraisal systems, general administration, statutory compliance, or HR policies. Sr. Assistant Officer (Law) Minimum 2 years post-qualification in-line experience in an organisation of repute dealing with litigation handling, drafting and vetting contracts and legal documents, providing legal opinions, arbitration and dispute resolution, statutory and regulatory compliance, coordination with advocates and regulatory authorities, and advising on legal matters. Experience in the power, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing sector is desirable. Sr. Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/C&I) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning/Erection/Engineering or a combination thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant/power project. Sr. Assistant Engineer (IT/ERP) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in an organisation of repute, handling and managing IT infrastructure, systems and operations that may involve overseeing network security, software development, database management, and communication systems. Certified Network Engineer with CCNA/CCNP or equivalent valid certification is preferable. NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit The upper age limit for all posts is 32 years as on the last date of online application. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines. NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Place of Posting Selected candidates can be posted across India at any of NSPCL's projects/stations, including Subsidiaries/JV companies of NSPCL. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will have to appear for an All India based Online Selection Test. The selection process for NSPCL Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages: Online Selection Test: Comprises two parts - Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates are required to qualify both SKT and EAT separately. Personal Interview: Based on merit and requirement of the post, shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks. Candidates have to choose any two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II as their test centre; no change will be considered subsequently, and NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending on candidate response for that area/centre.
