Both posts are based at SDMA, Shillong. Structural/Infrastructure Mitigation Specialist (Structural Engineer) Qualification: Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering/ Earthquake Engineering/ Infrastructure Engineering/ Disaster Mitigation Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Experience: at least 1 year in the field, with knowledge of AutoCAD. Assistant Structural Engineer Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Structural Engineering/ Earthquake Engineering/ Infrastructure Engineering/ Disaster Mitigation Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Experience: at least 1 year in the field, with knowledge of AutoCAD. Age Limit The age limit in the eligibility criteria is 18 – 32 years. Terms of Engagement Both posts are contractual. The engagement is for 1 (one) year and may be extended or curtailed depending on requirement and satisfactory performance. The work is full-time. Those engaged may not take up any other assignment while engaged with SDMA.
