As per the Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department circular dated 12 December 2019, appointees will be paid a stipend during probation - 70% of the minimum of the pay scale in the first year, 80% in the second year, and 90% in the third year - with the full pay scale becoming payable on successful completion of probation.

Selection Process

Selection for MPESB Group 3 Recruitment 2026 is through a single online Computer-Based Test (CBT) carrying 200 marks. Normalisation of Results Since the exam is conducted across multiple shifts and days, MPESB will prepare results using the Normalised Equi-Percentile (NEP) scaling method as approved by the Board, converting each candidate's proportionate score into a percentile score, and further into a Z-value and T-score, to ensure comparability of scores across shifts.
