Detailed Work Experience & Job Profile Post Work Experience Required Production Manager (Grade C) Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience in company(ies) having Poly Butadiene Rubber (PBR) units, including at least 5 years of producing Polybutadiene rubber in units with PBR production technology in India or abroad. Must include finalisation of Product Matrix, operation of PBR units, and organising repair/routine maintenance of PBR units. Senior Production Manager (Grade D) Minimum 14 years of post-qualification work experience in company(ies) having PBR units, including at least 7 years of producing Polybutadiene rubber in units with PBR production technology in India or abroad. Same experience scope as Production Manager, at a senior/leadership level. Senior Manager – PBR-Marketing (Grade D) Minimum 14 years of total post-qualification work experience with at least 7 years of relevant experience in rubber marketing or allied products, preferably in organisations catering to the tyre manufacturing industry, including exposure to synthetic rubber products such as PBR/SBR or similar elastomers. Job responsibilities broadly cover: knowledge sharing on PBR production technology and finalisation of product matrix, technical specification preparation, operator training and knowledge transfer, pre-commissioning/commissioning support, catalyst loading and polymerization trials, troubleshooting process upsets, quality/energy optimisation, and compliance with safety regulations (for Production Manager and Senior Production Manager); and market development, sales/business development, customer relationship management, pricing strategy, marketing/promotion, and reporting (for Senior Manager – PBR-Marketing). Internships, teaching experience, part-time work, academic research, and short-term trainee/project experience are not considered relevant experience. Experience is counted only from the date of declaration of the qualifying degree result.
