Eligibility / Qualification

(min. 55%) + 13 years relevant experience (min. 3 yrs as Executive Engineer at Level-12 or min. 8 yrs at Level-11); OR First-class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg. + 15 years relevant experience (min. 3 yrs at Level-12 or min. 8 yrs at Level-11). Experience in planning, design, construction, O&M, project monitoring, tendering, billing, and CAD. Deputy Registrar Master's Degree (min. 55% or Grade 'B' in UGC 7-point scale) + 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar / Level-10 or equivalent; OR 9 years as Assistant Professor in AGP Rs. 6000/- and above with experience in educational administration; OR equivalent experience in research/higher education institution.
