Eligibility / Qualification

Advt. 33 Posts Post Minimum Qualification Deputy General Manager (Academics) Master's degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade 'A' in UGC 7-point scale Manager (Academics/ General Admin) Post-graduate degree in any discipline, or MBA/ equivalent management degree or diploma, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade Assistant Manager Post-graduation with minimum 55% marks, or graduation with minimum 60% marks Executive Associate to Director Post-graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks Junior Assistant (Admin) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks Junior Assistant (Program) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks Advt. 34 Posts (Engineering Assistant - Civil/ Electrical/ MEP) For all three Engineering Assistant posts, candidates need a Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical or MEP) with minimum 55% marks and at least 2 years of post-qualification on-site experience, OR a 3-year Diploma in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks and at least 4 years of post-qualification on-site experience. Candidates with a relevant Master's degree can count the normal duration of the Master's programme towards the required experience.

Application Fee

Under Advt. 33, candidates must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 590/ -. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories, as well as all internal candidates, are exempted from paying this fee. The application fee for the Engineering Assistant posts under Advt. 34 is not specified in this notification.

Selection Process

For Advt. 33 posts, the selection process involves scrutiny/ screening of applications by a Screening Committee, followed by a written test and/ or skill test and/ or interview, or any other assessment mode the Institute deems appropriate, for shortlisted candidates only. For Advt. 34 (Engineering Assistant) posts, the selection process may include one or more stages such as a written test, skill/ competency test, and/ or personal interview, or any other mode of assessment as decided by the Competent Authority. In both notifications, merely meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the next stage, and the Institute may restrict the number of candidates called forward based on higher qualifications and/ or experience.
