Eligibility / Qualification

At least 3 years' experience as UDC (or equivalent, Level 4) or 8 years as LDC (or equivalent, Level 2) in a Central/State Govt./University/PSU or other Central/State autonomous body, or an equivalent position. Working knowledge of computer applications, noting, and drafting. 2. Private Secretary (1 Post, Level 07) Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute. At least 3 years' experience as Personal Assistant in a University, research establishment, Central/State Govt./PSU, or other autonomous body. Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi); typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi); knowledge of computer applications. Skill test: Dictation 10 minutes @ 120/100 wpm; transcription 50 minutes (English) / 60 minutes (Hindi). 3. Personal Assistant (1 Post, Level 06) Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University. Stenography proficiency (English or Hindi) at minimum 100 wpm; typing at 35/30 wpm respectively; knowledge of computer applications. 2 years' experience as Stenographer (or equivalent) in a Central/State Govt. organization, University research institution, autonomous institution, or a reputed private institution with turnover of ₹200 crore or more. Skill test: Dictation 10 minutes @ 100 wpm; transcription 40 minutes (English) / 55 minutes (Hindi). 4. Senior Technical Assistant – Auto CAD (1 Post, Level 06) B.Tech. with a diploma in Auto CAD, OR a Master's degree in Physics/Maths/Computer with a diploma in Auto CAD. 5. Senior Technical Assistant – HAPPRC (1 Post, Level 06) Master's degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Environmental Science / Agriculture Science / Plant Science (including Medicinal & Aromatic Plants) / Botany from a recognized University. 6. Assistant Engineer, Civil (1 Post, Level 07) First Class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/University or equivalent. 3 years' experience as Junior Engineer (or equivalent) in State Govt. PWD service, a similar organization, University system, or a reputed private organization with annual turnover of ₹200 crore or more. Desirable: knowledge of CAD and relevant management/design software. 7 & 8. Junior Engineer, Civil / Electrical (2 Posts Each, Level 06) Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) with 1 year's relevant experience, OR Diploma in Engineering with 3 years' relevant experience in CPWD/State PWD, similar organized/statutory/autonomous bodies, Central/State Universities, or a reputed private construction company with ₹200 crore+ annual turnover. Desirable: working knowledge of AUTOCAD and other relevant software. 9. Senior Technical Assistant – ICT (3 Posts, Level 06) B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT), OR MCA or equivalent, OR M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Science) from a recognized University/Institute — all qualifying degrees with at least 55% marks. 3 years' relevant experience in software development/maintenance. 10. Horticulturist, Campus Development (1 Post, Level 07) M.Sc. Agriculture (Horticulture specialization) or M.Sc. Horticulture with Floriculture, with 3 years' experience in oriental gardening/floriculture/landscape gardening in a University/Govt./semi-Govt. organization, OR M.Sc. Botany (Horticulture specialization) with the same 3-year experience, OR B.Sc. Agriculture (Horticulture elective) with 5 years' equivalent experience. 11. Assistant Information & Public Relation Officer (1 Post, Level 06) Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (55% marks or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/Institute, OR a Master's degree in any discipline with First Division plus a PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. At least 3 years' experience in the editorial department of an established newspaper (ABC-accredited), national news agency, radio, television, film media, or a reputed advertising agency, with excellent command of English, Hindi, and the regional language. 12. Sports Coach (1 Post, Level 07) Master's degree in Physical Education, plus a Diploma in Coaching from NIS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: competence in coaching at least two games at national/international level; 2 years' coaching experience on the payroll of any organization/institution. Important: Meeting the minimum essential qualifications does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for the selection process; the University may restrict the number of candidates considered based on qualifications and experience.

Selection Process

Applications are scrutinized by a Screening Committee, which prepares a list of eligible/not-eligible candidates based on its own guidelines/criteria. No interview will be held for Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts carrying Grade Pay of ₹4,600 or less, as per MHRD letter No. 19-50/2015-Desk-U dated 22.12.2015 — this applies to all 12 posts in this notification. The University reserves the right to conduct a written test/skill test for any post, as per its Cadre Recruitment Rules, if it deems fit. Where prescribed (Private Secretary, Personal Assistant), a computer-based skill test in stenography and typing will be conducted as per the norms listed under Eligibility. Selection Committee decides its own method for evaluating candidate performance, wherever applicable. A reserve panel/waiting list may be drawn up, valid for one year from the selection committee's decision, and may be used for consequential/new vacancies.
