Goa Housing Board Qualification Post Qualification Required Assistant Engineer (Civil) Essential: (1) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. (2) 2 years experience in Construction and Maintenance in Civil Engineering works. (3) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. Junior Engineer (Civil) Essential: (1) Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / State Board or equivalent. (2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
