Engagement will be made on the recommendation of a duly constituted Selection Committee approved by the Competent Authority/Director General, ESIC. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be called for an interview based on the information furnished in the application form; ESIC has clarified that mere submission of an application does not confer any right to be called for interview, and that detailed verification of credentials is not undertaken before the interview stage, making candidature provisional until document verification.
