EdCIL KVS PMU Qualification & Experience (Post-wise) Post Minimum Qualification Minimum Experience Architect B.Arch. from a recognized university, registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) 10 years in institutional/school building design, master planning, and statutory approvals Senior Engineer (Civil) B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute 10 years in construction supervision, project management, and vetting of DPRs/Estimates (Government project experience preferred) Engineer (Civil) B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute 7 years in Building Construction and vetting of DPRs/Estimates Junior Engineer (Civil) 2/3-year Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute 3 years (Diploma holders) or 1 year (B.Tech) in civil construction, site measurements, and daily progress reporting AutoCAD/Revit Operator 2/3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architectural Assistantship, or ITI Drafting certification with certified AutoCAD & Revit/3D Max course 2 years hands-on experience in 2D working drawings, 3D rendering, and BIM modeling Young Professional (Data Management & Web Monitoring) B.Tech (CS/IT)/BCA/B.Sc (IT) with a strong background in Statistics/Data Analytics 2 years managing MIS portals, data analytics, dashboard monitoring, and report generation (Excel, PowerPoint)

Selection Process
Selection is based on academic/professional qualifications and relevant experience. An Interview may also be conducted, depending on the total number of eligible applicants.
