Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years regular service in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 or equivalent. Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or degree of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering in Civil Engineering (AMIE enrolled up to 31.05.2013); and 10 years experience in the relevant field of Engineering in Government Sector. Desirable Qualification: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
