| Salary | Post Pay Details Project Engineer- I Rs. 50,000/- per month consolidated for the 1st Year, with an annual increase of Rs. 5,000/- for every year of contract extension. In addition to the remuneration, a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year is paid towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. Gratuity is admissible as per the applicable provisions of the BEL Employees' Gratuity Scheme. Selected candidates must obtain a Medical Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs per annum and Life Insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs per annum at the time of joining. |

Eligibility / Qualification
Post Qualification Required Project Engineer- I Pass Class in BE/ B. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication from an AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University. Applicants whose discipline/specialisation mentioned in their Degree Certificates do not tally with the prescribed discipline/specialisation will not be considered. Candidates must possess a post-qualification industrial experience of at least 2 years as on 01.10.2026. Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection process comprises a Written Test followed by an Interview. Written Test: Carries 85% weightage. The venue will be at Bengaluru and Delhi. Interview: Carries 15% weightage. Candidates who pass the written test are called for interview in a 1:5 ratio in order of merit in each category. Qualifying Marks: Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and 30% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates in both written test and interview separately.
