Selection Process
The SIDBI Specialist Officers Selection Process 2026 consists of shortlisting of applications followed by Online Personal Interview before a Selection Committee. Shortlisting: SIDBI will undertake preliminary screening of applications to prepare shortlist of eligible candidates. Merely fulfilling the requirements does not automatically entitle candidature for interview. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for online personal interview on a suitable date (to be informed in due course). Interview shall take place online, candidates must ensure availability of necessary infrastructure. Merit List: Final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case of tie, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order. Wait List: SIDBI reserves the right to draw wait lists of candidates and consider wait listed candidates for meeting actual requirement.
