Job Profile JMGS-I (Maker role): Inputs trade transactions and uploads documents into banking systems, handles TI+ data entry, conducts document scrutiny before approval, and inputs screening data into relevant systems. MMGS-II (Checker role): Conducts TI+ checking to validate transactions, performs document scrutiny, facilitates screening against sanctions and AML policies, validates regulatory compliance, and acts as an OFAC releaser. Both roles require working in rotational shifts, which may be subject to change as per the Bank's requirements.

SBI SCO Trade Finance Officer Qualification Mandatory (both posts): Graduate (any discipline) from a Government-recognized University or Institution, and Certification in Forex Operations from IIBF. The certificate must be dated on or before 31.07.2026. Preferred: Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) by LIBF, or Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees (CSDG) by LIBF, or Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) by ICC Academy - OR - Global Trade Certificate (GTC) by ICC Academy, Certificate in International Trade Finance (CITF) by LIBF, or Certificate in International Trade Finance (IIBF). These preferred certificates should also be dated on or before 31.07.2026. SBI SCO Trade Finance Officer Experience Requirement Post Minimum Post-Qualification Experience TFO-IBG, JMGS-I 1 year in Trade Finance processing and operations, mandatorily in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial bank (preferably in a maker role) TFO-IBG, MMGS-II 3 years in Trade Finance processing, mandatorily in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial bank Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility. The relevant experience certificate from the employer must specifically state the candidate's experience in the required field. Selection Process

Selection for the Trade Finance Officer - IBG post will be made on the basis of Shortlisting and Interview. Shortlisting: Merely fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The shortlisting committee will decide the parameters, and an adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted. Interview: The interview carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank. Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on interview scores. In case of a tie at the cut-off, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order. The call letter/intimation for interview will be sent by email or uploaded on the Bank's website; no hard copy will be sent.
