Minimum 10–15 years in General Banking functions. Minimum 5 years in Loan / Credit Department at Senior Management level such as Senior Officer / Head of Department / Chief Manager. Strong managerial and administrative skills; preference for co‑operative banking experience. Head of Department 35 to 50 years Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognised University. Preferably with professional qualifications in banking / co‑operative banking such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance, Diploma in Co‑operative Business Management or equivalent; OR Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance). Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in relevant functional areas such as Treasury / Investment / Accounts / MIS / Inspection / Recovery or general banking at senior officer / HOD / Chief Manager level. Must possess excellent managerial and administrative skills; preference for candidates with co‑operative banking background. Selection Process
