Eligibility / Qualification

Eligibility for both posts is assessed as on the cut-off date, 01.09.2026. Candidates must fulfil the mandatory qualification, experience, and age criteria specified below for the post they are applying for. Educational Qualification Post Qualification Post-Qualification Experience Wealth Executive Graduation in any discipline AND any one valid certification among: IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), or NISM Series V-D (Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors). Preferred: 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management or MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading public/private/foreign banks, broking, securities firms, asset management companies, or wealth management companies in India. Credit Analyst – C&IC Graduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant. Mandatory: minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Preferred: experience in Corporate Credit. Note: Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organisation as on 01.09.2026 will not be considered for eligibility, except when it is part of current employment. Experience in clerical cadre is not considered for determining eligibility. Educational qualifications must be from a college/institution/university recognised by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE. Bank of Baroda Age Limit Age is reckoned as on the cut-off date, 01.09.2026. Application Fee

The non-refundable application fee/intimation charges must be paid online, irrespective of whether the online test is conducted and irrespective of shortlisting outcome. Selection Process

The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI), or any other test deemed suitable by the Bank. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage for Personal Interview (PI) is 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other Reserved categories; the Bank reserves the right to change this at its discretion. Candidates not clearing the PI will not be considered for final selection. A Psychometric Test and/or PI assesses personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, and willingness to work anywhere in the country.
