Candidates who have passed or are appearing in 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English are eligible.

Candidates who have passed or are appearing in B.V.Sc. & A.H. are eligible.

For Doctorate programs, a M.V.Sc. degree in the relevant subject is required.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology/Mathematics, and English.

General/OBC category: Minimum 60% marks

SC/ST category: Minimum 55% marks

SC/ST: Minimum 55% marks

Candidates applying for M.Sc must have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Biological Sciences. For M.V.Sc, a degree in Veterinary Science is required. M.Tech applicants should have a 4-year Engineering degree with Biology or a related subject studied at 10+2 or later. For Doctorate programs, candidates need a Master’s degree (M.Sc/M.Tech in a relevant science field or M.V.Sc). General/OBC candidates must have at least 60% marks, and SC/ST candidates need 55%.
